Subscription Cancellation Policies

Subscriptions purchased through Antonio Correa Surfcasting are automatically renewed according to the frequency indicated at the time of purchase, unless the customer requests cancellation before the next renewal date.

Cancellation of a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time and without penalty.

Cancellation prevents new charges from being made and will be effective at the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for.

Once cancellation is requested:

No new renewals or charges for subsequent periods will be made.
You will maintain access to the services included in your subscription until the end of the period already paid for.
Once this period has ended, access to the services, communities, private channels and other benefits linked to the subscription will be removed.

The cancellation of a subscription does not automatically imply the refund of a period that has already been charged, without prejudice to the rights of withdrawal, refund or other legally corresponding rights of the consumer.

Automatic renewals

When purchasing a subscription with automatic renewal, its price, frequency, and other applicable conditions will be displayed before completing the purchase.

While the subscription remains active, charges will be made according to the contracted frequency until the customer requests cancellation.

A cancellation made after a renewal has been processed will take effect for subsequent renewals, without prejudice to the legally corresponding rights of the consumer regarding the amount already charged.

Trial periods or promotions

When a subscription includes a free period, promotional price, or any other special condition, the specific conditions of that promotion will be indicated before completing the purchase.

When a free trial is followed by an automatic paid renewal, this circumstance, as well as the price and subsequent frequency, will be indicated before confirming the subscription.

The customer may cancel the renewal before the end of the trial period to avoid the next charge, provided this is established in the specific conditions of the promotion.

Rejected or unpaid payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed correctly, new payment attempts may be made in accordance with the subscription management system used.

During this process, access to certain services may be temporarily maintained or suspended.

If the renewal ultimately cannot be completed, the subscription may be canceled and access to the services and benefits associated with it may be withdrawn.

Right of withdrawal

The cancellation of a future renewal is independent of the legal right of withdrawal.

Where applicable, consumers have 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal in distance contracts, in accordance with current legislation on consumers and users.

In certain digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may cease to be applicable once its execution has begun when the legally established requirements are met, including the consumer's prior express consent, recognition of the loss of the right, and the corresponding contractual confirmation.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights of the consumer in accordance with current regulations.
